- Engaging in any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
- Reselling, sublicensing, distributing, or modifying GPT links.
- Using GPTs for harassment, threats, abuse, or harm against others.
- Uploading malicious software or engaging in activities that could damage or disrupt Treeside AI services.
- Automated scraping, data mining, or similar data extraction methods.
- Misrepresenting Treeside AI or impersonating Treeside AI staff or representatives.
2. Reporting Violations
- Users can report violations of this policy by contacting support@treesideAI.com.
3. Enforcement
- Treeside AI reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating user accounts without prior notice and pursuing legal remedies.
